Anyone experiencing common mental health difficulties where there is no imminent risk to self or others. The kind of difficulties worked with include depression, anxiety, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder, issues around loss, issues linked with abuse etc

8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (some late appointments available)
